I was travelling in Spicejet SG2943 flight wherein the staff charged unnecessary 1150/- rupees for excess baggage. They counted laptop bag as separate baggage and did the weight of it. There is no such guideline mentioned wherein laptop bag or purse is being charged for extra baggage. This is the worst airline company I encountered. Need refund for this.

Same happened with me and because of that they didn’t let me board the flight.
The real reason was flight was overbooked as same is confirmed to me by Customer Care executive.
