I dont know what flipkart customer support or technical team is doing… I have complained that my flipkart account has been blocked and there is no resolution provided to me.. bg flipkart. Not even a single call!!?? Inplace i think flipkart has recruited only 1 person in their customer support team (Mr Darshan Kumar) who writes/copy pastes same email like a bot can do!!!!
I have complained my account has been blocked and i am unable to login, and i have received a mail that you have purchased the items that doesnot seems to be ordered for personal use…!! Can you check and explain to me which items i have purchased that flipkart thinks that i have not purchased for personal use since the flipkart account has been started!!?? I have ordered 1 phone which is delivered and others orders related to it are cancelled due to payment issue at their own gateway… Because of fliplart only, my 1 credit card is blocked due to issue at your payment gateway and inspite of this flipkart has blocked my account..!! I can provide the kyc if flipkart want to verify my identity. Kindly arrange visit at my address or what ever flipkart company wants!!! But how come flipkart can directly block and provide no resolution…???

My personal card details, f plus membership and wallet amount all gets stuck with their worst technical system from last 1 year. Kindly help and resolve my case and help in unblocking of account asap.
