This mail is in response to mobile no. 72******93.The issue I am following is as below-
I was a Vodafone customer for more than 2years. ₹299 plan was on my phone. Then after a few months ₹399 plan started working. Being tired of such high bills, I kept requesting to reduce but none did it. Then for overusage of internet the connection must be stopped but bill increased to ₹700+. Tired of all I changed my connection to Airtel. At that,Vodafone promised to give ₹600 wavier on bill and ₹299 plan for 6 months. Had it been earlier I won’t have switched to Airtel.
But since documents had already been submitted to Airtel, Vodafone pending dues cleared and tired of high bills so I continued with Airtel. But now with more that 2 months in Airtel, Vodafone is again calling and saying that₹500 balance is pending.
How I can be expected to give any amount you ask anytime?
If there was any balance from my side, you should not have cleared it and allowed me to go to Airtel. After 2 months in Airtel, you are coming up with new ways to still charge bill.
Kindly get this issue resolved at the earliest.
