My name is sanjeev and now i am airtel costomer, i have ported out in vodafone in December 2017. And i have already paid amount of 600+ amount in dec. and i generated porting request before bill cycle which was 23rd December.
And my number was ported out 1 jan due to inconvenience in airtel or vodafone. It was not my fault. It is a system issue. And now i am facing trouble with vodafone.
They are messaging me due amount about Rs-300. I am totally disturbed with this because i have already paid all amount so why should i pay this.. and they give me warning to turned off my number.. which is not acceptable.
I am customer who paid all bill in given time period.. ! That was the reason of airtel who ported out my number just because i have already paid all amount. So why i am facing warning and facing in may 2018. It is totally not acceptable.
I am fed up with this.! System issue is not my issue.! Plz do something sir/mam.! That is why i am complaining vodafone in govt site.
