I have not subscribed to any games portal, yet my balance is being deducted continuously. I am not able to contact your customer care executive. Every time, I call on the number, the only conversation I have with is automated voice. The worst service I have ever seen.
And also When I am checking on VI app, then it shows there are no value added services, then how is my balance being deducted everyday.
