Hi Team.

On 18TH December 2018 codafone has started 6T SECOND pack without any reason. I called customer care on 19-12-2018 regarding the dedudction the executive told me that they have taken my request and the amount will be reversed within 45 times.

Again on 19-12-2018 at 10.03 pm they again deducted 7 rupess for the same service and when i called customer care again they told that they will not refund the amount.

Then i have a word with the senior person  Mr Sachin shah and he told me that the 14 rupess will be refunded within 3 hours .

But till now i have not received any response nor the amount.

Such a cheater company .This is not the first time they have deducted the amount.

I request you to take strict action againt VODAFONE.
