We brought our 12yr old daughter Lacey Baker a second hand pay as you go phone which was locked to Vodafone. We were told that we would have to be a Vodafone customer for 30 days before we could change network, so we cancelled her ee pay as you go and transferred her number to Vodafone. During the 30 days my daughter was hàving problems with her phone generating two numbers when she text people and were getting strange calls. After 30 days we went back to the Andover store to unlock phone and get puc number – store could not help and said we needed to do it online. Went home and tried but no luck, so I spoke to online chat for over an hour and she couldn’t help. We stuck with Vodafone but the weekly charges are to much, so we decided to try and get the phone unlocked again. I’ve had store visits and online chats, phone calls and no one can help!! My phone calls I get hung up on. Mad is not the word for it. It is a simple request to unlock the phone and have the code to swap network and phone number. All three unlock codes have not worked so far and we are still having problems with this phone generating two numbers! Please please please can someone sort this out for me.
