Text of Complaint by Ian Van Der Broeck:

Some time ago about a month or so I received a call from Mobisos whi said that I qualify for a cell phone contract, regardless my bad credit record. I was verified over the phone, and they told me that the phone will be delivered in the next 5 working days and that there will be a once off amount of R 140 for activation. The phone never arrived, but the R 140 for activation was deducted. I did not know who it was from, the bank gave me their name and contact number. I called to cancel and then the lady Zekhethelo told me that it is fine to have it cancelled, but I have to send them banking details in order to pay the money back. I never authorised this transaction, they are using tactics to gain access to your banking details, when you want to reverse it, you can’t, because they block it. I tried to call back and when i do they do not answer. I have no correspondence from them whatsoever. Only the information I have received from my bank. They are thieves and want to open a case of theft. This is criminal.
