My complaint is against Vodafone Idea (Vi). Quite frequently Vodafone takes
– nay, steals – our money with some pretext or other. In my case on 14.1.2021 and again on 7.3.2021 they have taken Rs.49/= each time just saying ” Thank you for choosing to access Mydala powered deal. You have been charged Rs.49/=. Your balance is Rs.——.”. Once I went to Vodafone outlet, made a complaint and got the debit reversed. The latest one still stands looted. There was a charge of Rs.98/= once saying they gave me a caller tune which I never asked for. I don’t know what this Mydala is and I never used it. I am an old man of 80 years and I do not ask for all these unknown facilities. If I try to contact a customer service executive, it is not possible at all as replies come only from their machines – all pre-recorded, I.e. they dodge behind their automated systems. This is how they loot ( if I can use this word).
Kindly take action against Vodafone and ensure that these people stop at once such malpractices. Thanks.
