I never used mobiwik, but still it shows in my cibil report that I have taken a loan from IDFC FIRST BANK, I contacted IDFC and they told me that I have taken a loan from Mobikwik, which is Mobikwik buy now pay later service. For that reason I have sent atleast 30 emails with my Adhaar card, PAN, Voter Card, Cibil report, Photo attached, but still they are not checking it and just reminding me in my email that I need to pay and they are marking my cibil score negatively. But if they just check the KYC documents and match with mine, they will surely find it that it is a scam and I have not taken any loan.
