Sir,
Every network should doing their service for the subscribers. Asking for minimum recharge every month itself is not acceptable, now it’s activating some pack automatically and debit money from the balance is unacceptable. Why vodofone is doing like this.?
I am in Germany, I am having Indian number (+919566394920) and I am not making call or msg in this number but this is my permanent number so I am keeping this for my personal purpose. For making the number active, I am recharging for Rs.35/- every month. Last month vodofone activated some packs and debited Rs.20/- and this month automatically activated international roaming and debited Rs.149/-
What’s happening here.? Are vodafone think that I can’t call and so that vodafone can activate what ever you want and debit money from balance.?
1. How are those packs got activated withoutmy permission?
2.How could vodafone debit the amount from my balance ? and now it’s in negative.
