A message came today saying “Thank you for downloading FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8.” And it charged ₹15 . And on VI app saying I’m not on any VAS.

Add one more to the list. Vodafone is simply saying they will not refund for a fraud that they committed and they eventually drop the call after 40mins of talking to them.
I got charged for some FUN PORTAL in VI number, amount was rs. 22. I don’t know what to do, it is not even any VAS. please tell me what should I do??

Yes. Had to call them and scream at them for 40 mins
My Rs 22 deducted for using “fun portal ” which we had not subscribed.
Vi fun portal in this name lost 10 rupees…how to complaint legally on these frauds
Vi sucks
No activity nothing but 20 rs deducted in the name of Fun Service
