Herewith I want to tell you that the Vodafone Network has been cutting daily 3 to 6 rupees from my mobile. When I talk to Vodafone customer care, it is said that you sent a message so that money is deducted from your Vodafone sim. But I did not send any messages.Today, I recharged 10 rupees, then my account was cut by six rupees. Vodafone Network has more than 50 rupees deducted till date.
I did not get any help from Vodafone network.Vodafone has also blocked my number on customer care so that I can not call.
I am very upset about the Vodafone service, please help me.
