I raised a complaint regarding payment done to unknown marchant. Its the Paytm which scanned wrongly.
HOW CAN THE SCANNER SCAN THE ID WHICH IS NOT IN FRONT OF IT?
its been 50 days since I raised the complainant and they still say we will look into it. None resolved my issue.
