Text of Complaint by Nitesh Suresh Mohane:

I bought Tata Play Connection with 1 years subscription, but it’s service closed before that after i called customer support They told me your binge plan activate that’s why your service closed. But this binge plan I can’t activate without my permission this plan is active & they deducted my money. We didn’t use this service from starting of this service but they charged us.
They given us 1 remote with my mom’s hand but we don’t know how to use & what’s use of this remote. Please check the usess off my all binge account we didn’t use signal rupees & they charged me. I wanted my plan which is getting 1 years subscription.
If we know how to use then we was used this service, but we can’t used this service.
Pls activate my account priority.
