I had a basic phone with 199Rs plan which i meant for basic calls, and on Sept 2019 cycle the plan seems to be automatically upgraded to 399Rs and they have added a 150Rs discount, which made me not to realise the change in the plan. this time i saw a amount more than 300Rs then i realised that something wrong and when i started verifying the plan has been upgraded to 399Rs without my consent. i am really disappointed with the customer care response too. This is really bad from vodafone that hidding the information, this is not the first time i had similar problem with my mothers phone too.
