Dear team,
I am a Vodafone postpaid customer since 4years, always pay bills on time but Vodafone is not providing me good services..without any of my consent or knowledge my bill due date gets changed automatically also when I opted for the red plan a discount of rs. 50/- per month was given to me but it also gets deactivated yesterday without any of my knowledge… yesterday I called customer care the executive was not at all ready to help me out, although he was arguing with me and talking bluntly with me. He said you can port your connection to some other connection but I will not help you out..these are the type of services Vodafone is providing to their premium customers. ?
I want a proper apology and revert from the Vodafone for this attitudecompensation amount for the same.
