Text of Complaint by Jaswanth Avala:

I, Jaswanth Avala, am filing this complaint against Jalan Chemical regarding a discrepancy in my CIBIL score, which is adversely affecting my financial credibility. In brief, I had availed a loan of 4000/- from mpocket, which I successfully repaid, leading to the deactivation of my account two years ago.

However, upon checking my CIBIL score recently, I was shocked to discover that Jalan Chemical is reporting an outstanding amount of 10,000/-. I would like to emphasize that I never received a loan of 10,000/- from Jalan Chemical, and this false reporting is significantly impacting my creditworthiness.

I have the necessary documentation to prove the clearance of my loan and the deactivation of my account with mpocket. It is imperative that Jalan Chemical rectifies this error promptly, as it is tarnishing my credit history and causing unwarranted distress.

I kindly request the Consumer Complaint Court to investigate this matter thoroughly and compel Jalan Chemical to rectify the inaccuracies in my credit report, ensuring that my CIBIL score accurately reflects my financial history.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
