Vodafone billed One Time Charges Rs.2000/- claiming usage of internet on roaming for the dates 24,25,26,27 October 2018.
The itemized bill does not indicate any charges for these days, but only indicates “0” charges.
There is no usage for 24 October.
Simple arithmetic calculation would be 500 x 3 days=1500/-
Vodafone has not given satisfactory explanation for Rs.2000/- as One Time Charges
