I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the unjustified blocking of my account. Recently, I requested a withdrawal of my funds, which failed. Immediately after this failure, my account was blocked under the false pretext of “suspicious activity.”I want to clearly state that I have played fairly and have not violated any of your Terms and Conditions. I have already sent an email to your support team regarding this issue, but I have not received any response yet.My hard-earned money is stuck on your platform. I am fully willing to provide any KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, or Bank Statement) to verify my identity if needed.Kindly investigate this matter urgently, reactivate my account, and process my pending withdrawal. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and file a formal complaint with the National Cyber Crime Portal (1930) for financial fraud.
