I ordered from Zomato today. I have been ordering from here a lot and not the first time. But whenever I place and order, the order is always delivered to my doorstep and they never call me to check or reconfirm. But this time they called me, and I was unable to pick up at the moment but soon after I called atleast 20 times and no response was there. I reached out to them and they said it was cancelled because of this. I haven’t accepted the cancellation and they aren’t willing to pay my refund money back either. It was a terrible experience and I would like to place a serious complaint as they are my exploiting me as a customer and not behaving properly.
