**Complaint: Unjust Double Billing by Snapmint**

**Issue Summary:**
I purchased a product through **Snapmint**, a third-party EMI service provider, which facilitated my payment to **Amazon**. As part of the purchase, I received an **Amazon eVoucher worth ₹1,400**, which Amazon itself used to clear the payment. Despite this, **Snapmint is demanding additional payment for the same transaction**, essentially billing me twice for an amount that has already been settled.

**Why I’m Raising This Complaint:**
– **Unjust Payment Demand**: Snapmint is asking for double the payment even though Amazon cleared the amount via the eVoucher.
– **Failure to Acknowledge Settled Payment**: The transaction was completed, yet Snapmint continues to seek further payment.
– **Potential Financial Mismanagement or Fraud**: If Snapmint is not recognizing eVoucher settlements correctly, this could indicate broader financial mismanagement or deceptive practices.

This complaint seeks intervention to **rectify the incorrect billing and prevent further unjust demands** from Snapmint.
