Text of Complaint by Sachin Kanawade:

I have installed digipurse app of union Bank of India. Now I still have 2200 balance in it. But not able to recharge or do any transaction.

Kindly refund the money it bern 2 months I have mailed 10 time to digipursecare@unionbankofindia.com and digipursecare1@unionbankofindia.com

    Sir,

    Today about 11 am, I along with my colleague Miss. Yashi Mishra visited Union bank, Vishnu Bhagwaan Public school Campus Jhalwa, Prayagraj, U.P. in pursuance of the message dated 16.04.2019 through portal stating that you can collect passbook from your concerned branch against our request a month back.

    Today when I requested about the same to the lady officer present there (who refused to disclose her name) she denied my claim without giving any reason. When I further asked them to give me a reason for not issuing the passbook as we both are lawyers (we added our introduction with requisition) but the lady officer of the bank along with the cashier of the bank started defamatory remarks against us in front of the public and their employees. As a legal practitioner we are well aware of our rights and the bank does not have any right to defame us. When I wrote the complaint letter addressed to the to the Bank Manager about the said incident, no one took care of it and only one reply came from their side that today our manager is on leave so come on some other day when he will be available. This abuse of the process compelled me to call police there, and by the time the police came, the concerned employees had not yet taken care of the matter.

    Sir i have also tried to register my grievance through your portal but due to some technical error it was not accepting my grievance and then i have also called on a number given on website of grievance office but no fruitful purpose done yet.

    Sir may kindly take a disciplinary action against the said employee otherwise I will avail proper legal remedy against them and the bank and may kindly direct the concerned officer to issue me a passbook and ATM as early as possible.
