Me along with the family visited a hotel “Svenska Design Hotel” which is in kakinada on a birthday. As we thought the restaurant is a new and star hotel, thought It would be a quiet place to enjoy the food. Later after sometime, we have ordered food as usually started with soups, starters and main course. We have noticed a hair follicle in a soup and removed it and continued to enjoy the food. Later ordered the main course, where we have ordered Egg Fried rice where we have found some Steel scrub pieces which we usually use for cleaning utensils in the food. Found 2 pieces and complained the same to waiter. They least bothered and didn’t call the main chef and called a junior chef (don’t know the name). Even they didn’t call upon a manager and somehow managed we came out. Even the onions they served are of least quality. Doesn’t seem to have a star hotel standard.
And they have charged 285 rupees for 3 kinley water bottles. Each bottle costs 20 rupees and don’t know why they have charged such a huge price.Uploading the images of bill and the food picture which has a steel scrub.
