Hi Team,
Highly disappointed from Swiggy agents and services. I had very bad experience today. I ordered (order No – 143656012962) one food item and it came delayed more than 1 hour and very cold. I expected fresh and hot food.

I have requested a full refund or a coupon for which they are only offering half and after wasting 3 hours of my time.

Agent called me and was talking very rude. I am little bit surprised that how Swiggy is looting their customers. No one is listening the concern now.
