hi,
I m rahul, my 8551000335 number I was port from Vodafone postpaid to airtel prepaid
first thing k Airtel store given me wrong sim
then not available any other sim for the same number
when my vodafone number is disable, I was search 4 to 5 airtel store for my sim, but no anyone help to me
finally in one airtel store I got the sim.
N sim is activated
but sms services closed for 24 hours
when I was clearly explained to airtel person that this is my banking number… I can’t complete my office work without the otp..
n he was not given any single idea that 48 hours I ll not rcv any type of sms
this is really harassment of customers
