It is regarding an unresolved issue with an order I placed on December 17, 2023, through the Dunzo app. The order was canceled due to the failure of Dunzo to secure a partner for pickup, as stated in their cancellation notification. Despite making a payment of Rs. 198 via UPI through CRED, I have yet to receive a refund for the canceled order.
Multiple attempts to address this matter through Dunzo’s Chtbot and grievance team via email have been unsuccessful, as I have received no response or acknowledgment of my concerns.
I am seeking assistance from the consumer court to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive the refund I am owed for the canceled order. I believe this situation warrants intervention to protect consumer rights and hold Dunzo accountable for their failure to fulfill the order and provide the promised refund.
