Dear Savy Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order (Order Number: Order 3624) that I received on [07-03-2024]. Unfortunately, the contents of the package did not match my expectations, as I received a different pair of pants than the one I had originally ordered.

I had ordered [Sports style Khaki jogger pants with box pockets pack of 2] in [Size 36], as indicated in my order confirmation. However, upon opening the package, I was dismayed to find a completely different pair of pants with the style and size clearly not matching my initial selection.

This discrepancy has caused me significant inconvenience, and I am disappointed that the product I eagerly anticipated is not the one I received. As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality and reliability of your products, which makes this experience more disheartening.

I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter. My preferred resolution would be to receive my money back of Rs-899/- at the earliest possible convenience. I believe this is a fair request, considering the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the error.

If expediting the shipping of the correct item is not feasible, I would appreciate a prompt refund for the incorrect item, including any associated shipping costs. Additionally, I request guidance on the return process for the mistakenly sent pants. Please provide clear instructions on how to return the item, including any necessary shipping labels or codes.

I understand that errors can occur in the fulfilment process, and I appreciate your attention to this matter. I trust that you will handle this situation with the urgency it requires and ensure a swift resolution.
