Hi,
I had a personal loan account with HDFC bank : Account no: 37919767 which I have closed recently.
I have completed 14 EMIS till date and while closing, I was forced to make prepayment charges of 35290 which is not
in line with RBI guidelines for closure of personal loans (https://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/NotificationUser.aspx?Id=7258&Mode=0).
I request you to address this and issue the refund to my bank account with HDFC bank – prompt action in this regard will be appreciated.
