I am a seller (consumer for Amazon as well), i had delivered some material to the DEL 4, warehouse , Amazon Seller Services Pvt. Ltd., Village – Jamalpur, Gurgaon, Haryana, IN, 122503 worth Rs.17.20 lacs on 28.07.22
and till date the Amazon has not updated my listings and neither have made it live because the Appario(Amazon counter part) who is our only competitor is also selling the same products and to benefit the Appario Company, the Amazon is doing this unfair trade practice . It is an open platform and everyone is allowed to sell then why I am being deprived from selling my products. I have written every one to the Amazon support, 911 support, SVP Mr.Amit Aggarwal but till date I am still hanging in air. No action has been taken by the Amazon India team . I am incurring heavy losses due to my listings not being live. It seems that the Amazon internally has an understanding with the Appario -the company counter part that no product of mine shall be sold as my prices are too low then in comparison to the Appario.
I request that justice be done, damages incurred and mental harassment faced by me be compensated with punishement to the company for not giving timely resolution .
