Dear Sir / Madam,
we are unhappy with your response of Meesho Seller Support team despite of several phone calls and mails mostly of them unanswered. Day By day Wrong Returns peeking up with Meesho 3PL and All Claims continued to be rejected in un-justifying way. Despite of following all SOP we are end up in big mess and we are not seeing Meesho intervention in the decision by verifying the genuiness of the rejections and take of seller interest. We strongly feel we seller are badly struck of your ‘ Lack of proper seller grievance redressal mechanism’’ & Unfair marketplace practice and baseless claim rejection. Despite of written on POD all Claims Rejected .
