I was invited to be an on-line dropship seller on their platform with a promise of a 20% profit by this person:

A few months later, the platform no longer permits me to take my earnings out considering that I’ve paid their so-called fees. What’s worst is that they keep on charging me additional fees with such huge amount as they are taking hostage of my hard-earned money.
Presently, the platform’s website is no longer reachable, & seems that it’s suspended as described on the WhoIs website,

The contact person is no longer reachable & does not reply.
Is there a way to have the person responsible be arrested to the full extent of international laws? As claimed, she is residing in Singapore but the contact numbers is based in HongKong (+852) & Thailand (+66).
Attached as well is their fraud Business Certificate. I hope this document is sufficient to arrest the person stated in this complaint & imprison them for fraudulent business practices.
