Text of Complaint by Vinayak Govitrikar:

For over 15 years I am Airtel customer number 9892921679.
As my usage is low (less than Rs 100 per month) I always preferred
Prepaid scheme.
I have often observed that connectivity od AIRTEL is too weak in our area .
PLEASE NOTE I LIVE IN HEART OF CITY IN DENSELY POPULATED AREA.
LACK OF CONNECTIVITY CANNOT BE EXCUSED .
I CONVEYED ABOUT THIS IN THE PAST , BUT AIRTEL PREFEERED TO IGNORE .
As I wanted to go abroad , I did a recharge of Rs 1000 as a safety measure .
Airtel started cutting Rs 23 every month FOR DOING NOTHING.
Now IT IS ANNOYING THAT AIRTEL  INTENDS TO CUT RS45 EVERY 28 DAYS FOR
DOING NOTHING .
I DO NOT WANT  MERE APOLOGY FROM AIRTEL .
Please refund my balance of Rs 398.78.
Your 123 does not offer any option other than Rs 219 !
I do not find retaining your services at all .
Sorry if my word are harsh, but AIRTEL EXPERIENCE COMPELLS me.
