Text of Complaint by Bani:

Before I placed the order it showed estimated delivery 25-40 mins. As I placed it, it showed 1.5 to 2 hours estimated delivery. I tried to cancel the order immediately but I had no option. Kept trying to connect to Uber Eats, Restaurant, but no help. And finally the order was cancelled and I was charged the full amount. This is unfair and unethical. I tried chat with Uber Help and they just kept closing the conversation leaving no option for me to convey my message. This is extremely frustrating.
I would like to have my money back.
