Hello Sir,

My name is Somenath Sarkar and I have been staying on rent being ‘Jayanti rani chakrabarty” as my owner since July 2018.

I left for Siliguri on 27th of February and currently stuck in siliguri itself due to lockdown, therefore my Kolkata rent house is completly locked and there has not been any usage of power at all for the last 65 days.

However my monthly bill amount for the month of April has come as huge as Rs. 580/- which is beyond my imagination.

I truly don’t understand how is that even possible when one is not doing any sort of power consumption yet being asked to pay huge.

For the past 65 days I am stuck in siliguri and my Kolkata rent house is completely locked however it’s asking me to pay bill amount as high as Rs.580 for the month of April. Doesn’t make any sense I guess.
