Hi,

This is a very disgusting experience that I have been Charged for a penalty amount where my mistake is null.
I placed an order with 2 Items (1) Egg Biryani & (2) Prawn Butter Garlic So for both the items the amount shown to me for payment was Rs. 851/- which I was paid.
Later after some moments I received a Call from one of the Swiggy Order Management Team Representative Team, Maharshi..! He stated to me that the item, Prawn Butter Garlic, is not available. So by putting the call on Conference with the Restaurant Person from Spicy Tandoori Kitchen @ Panjim, they informed and updated the Cart items as (1) Chicken Butter Garlic, (2) Egg Biryani & (3) French Fries (N.B. French Fries item included to make up the Billing Total Paid Amount of Rs. 851/- as per confirmation of the Guy Maharshi & Restaurant person based on the availability & the difference less amount make up, which happened due to cart menu updated from Prawn to chicken so the total cart amount updated as lesser amount around Rs. 640+. So instead of getting Refund from Swiggy around Rs. 200+ INR, I asked for the addition of the item French Fries) So, Inclusive these 3 items as the Final Cart items the Amount came around Rs. 840/- (where I suppose to get the refund amount of Rs. 11/- as per The OMT representative agent Maharshi. Hence Finally I got agreed & asked for a Final Updated Invoice for the Modified Order Items with respect to my Paid transaction with Swiggy. But from the Supervisor Desk from OMT dept., one guy named Vishal, informed me that the invoice can only be shared with me with the updated cart items and Total Amount of Rs. 840/- while taking & after the delivery on my registered mail id.
Later when the time of taking Delivery while the Delivery Guy arrived at my place, He started to show me the extra amount of Rs. 141/- I need to pay extra as the Total Cart Amount was showing Rs. 992/- which is highly disgusting and harassing to the Customer and I asked over the Call to the OMT Team with the Support of the delivery Guy’s side over the Call to the guy Niranjan from Supervisor Desk, that why the amount was hiked as coming in the Final Amount as Rs. 992/- which was not even informed and provided the awareness to me about same in Application till the time before the delivery guy reaches at my place and shown me the final amount as Rs. 992/- instead of Rs. 851/- better to Say (Rs. 840/-) as per the last communication while placing and modification of the Order from OMT desk. So, the guy Niranjan forcefully tried to convince me that, Sir I can raise the cancellation of your order & you will get the refund of the amount which you have paid (Rs. 851/-) also, but you have the bear the penalty amount of charge of Rs. 992/- also as the food delivery guy reached at your location and then you are proceeding for the cancellation. Then I questioned him, whether I was agreeingly asking for the cancellation? Until & Unless I am getting the food with respect to only my paid amount only, why should I receive my food by paying again the extra amount..!! But He was not agreed to accept the mall-incident that happened to me, He advised me to connect to the Customer Support Team. Where one of the worst representative Ms. Priyanka was totally non eligible to handle such query and provide resolution with respect to same, and especially to waive off the unnecessarily experienced harassment of cancellation fees of Rs. 992/- , Later on the Chat got transferred to a proper customer supportive agent Mr. Taha. He resolved my query by proper listening to me, which is appreciable for his efforts.

But from Swiggy I want my Entire Time, Effort & Hunger related Harassment Penalty as the compensation of the entire scenario.
