My Airtel DTH consumer ID is 30xxxx2372
On 09-FebFeb I recharged my DTH with 340 rupees.
Later I got a call from Airtel customer care and they suggested me to convert into Airtel black as it will reduce the DTH bill amount. Based on this I given consent for converting to Airtel Black.
When my first Airtel block bill is generated on 03-Mar-2023, they shown that I has 8366 rupees old dues for my airtel DTH connection and also subtracted the 355 rupees from my bill as I have excess amount in my DTH account.
Based on this I am confused about following:-
i) Before converting to Airtel Black, my DTH connection is prepaid service only. Then why the hell I has past dues of 8366 rupees for Prepaid DTH connect?
ii) If I has 8366 rupees old dues, then why 355 rupees excess amount is present and subtracted from my overall bill?
I raised the bill dispute to Airtel team on 03-Mar-2023 with ticket id 4532727166 and used to call them daily. Instead of resolving the issue, the closed the ticket saying that I am not reachable.
But I doesn’t have any missed calls from Airtel team in Airtel Thanks App. Also they can send the breakup of old dues to my mail ID as they has my mail ID in their records.
From 03-Mar-2023, I am daily calling them and all customer care executives are saying that bill is wrong and it will be corrected and raising a new ticket daily.
After 12 days also I doesn’t saw that my bill is updated.
Now they are sending SMS to me pay the bill amount or service will be discontinued.
When the bill dispute tickets are not resolved, how they expect me to pay some 8600 rupees without any valid justification?
I raised the issue to Airtel DTH Nodal officer and Airtel Appellate team also with all the details.
Still they are not taking any action and sharing the breakup of old dues to confirm my side.
