On 1.6.2023 i call SBI credit card no which is 1800-180-1290 then said this call is chargeable then they said this call is incorrect the they said offer about Star Talk and last they said if you continue press 1, i think they try to connect SBI credit card facility customer n executive but they told thank for choosing it then the call automatic cut then got an sms thar you have charged rs. 49, then i call again they said same thing and doing same bu this was sports update value added service and they charged same ( details attached image). After i try to connect SBI credit card service and i did it and i told them to any kind offer ad in my credit card they told me there is no offer added, after i call my cellular customer no like Vi ( Vodafone idea) they also told there is no offer or value added service added. Please reply me what it was going on or please secure my form any kind cyber crime. thank you.
