I am still not getting the calculation of extra 14GB data that is charged for the month of Sep’20.
In the month of Sep’20 , I was holding an outstanding data of 27 GB which was already shared one month back.
Then how can I be charged extra for that 14 GB.
I am not getting proper explanation.
If I don’t get any valid response for this issue and as this is not the first time I am harassed , the same scenario was repeated earlier also
Please take proper action against Vodafone India
