Text of Complaint by Satosh Kumar Roy:

Taken my XUV 500 for some electrical and sensor issues through Gomechanic to Adrich Automobiles they kept the vehicle for 8 days and handed over with the bill amounting Rs. 13,500. Within 50 KM of running the car breakdown for the same sensor issue which they have fixed and charged for. I again approached the workshop through Gomechanic I have to tow the car to the workshop where they have inspected the car and got to know that the work which I have paid for was not done and the workshop manager informed me that the work was not done in the workshop it was done somewhere else.
When raising the concern to Gomechanic escalation team they are accusing me that I have made my car serviced elsewhere.
I do not want any refund of the services done but the workshop manager (Mr. Singh) and Cashier (Mr. Atanu) told me that if a car crosses there gate it is not there responsibility if something happens to the car. Moreover they have asked me to deliver few parts which had to be replaced. This is my third car I have serviced through Gomechanic.

Not sure what will happen to the workshop or the manager and cashier, just raising my concern and I have lost faith in Gomechanic.
