No borker sales representative shivakumar called on 14th Nov @ 12:22 PM regarding Tenent Relax plan, on call i had clearly mentioned on multiple times that plan to be activated from 1st December 2021, and I was assured by shivakumar that validity of 45 days counted will be counted from 1st December. I had asked him send the confirmation on email, he said once payment is made he will send the request and i would get an email after the call. An Hour later, I received a call from assigned RM and he told me plan is active and validity will be counted from 14th nob not from 1st December. This is highly unprofessional, unethical, misleading and falsifying commitments by sales representatives to close a deal. I want no broker activate the paln from 1st December and count validity of 45days from 1st December, if they can’t start the paln from 1st December, i want a full refund as i was mislead by sale representative
