We recently sought repair services from Voltas in Nagapattinam for our air conditioner, which had been functioning well with light usage over the past two years. However, upon receiving the air conditioner after repair, we were shocked to find that they had replaced the rim with an old and broken one. This deceptive action amounts to cheating on their part. We demand immediate rectification and a fair resolution. Voltas must uphold their reputation and provide quality service to their customers.
