I have placed ordered online and paid fully dated 30/05/24 with order no 108. After waiting for 2 hrs and not receiving order, I checked order and came to know that order was cancelled by Dominos. Dominos has not contacted me before cancelling order. When I complained online to Dominos they have shared just ref ID 9111173. Next day, they closed complaint and mailed me mid night at 2:00 AM. When I reopened request they messaged me that our manager tried to call you but unable to connect.
This is totally unethical behavior by multinational firm. Behavior is similar to road side ferry. I want compensation for insult done by dominos.
