I have booked a vehicle for my Old Grandparents in April 22 via Epitome Kia, Whitefield, Bangalore. The waiting time was 5 months. I waited for the time and didn’t receive the vehicle. My grand parents cannot walk and have been constantly harassed by the apathy of the dealer and the opaqueness of vehicle allotment process.
