It is with great disappointment I am writing this mail. I did MNP from Airtel to Vodafone few months back assuming for better service and customer centric approach but Vodafone is worst then Airtel.
I activated International roaming for 30 days on 18 Mar 2019. Firstly the charges are exorbitantly high for 5999 which is less for all competition. Still paid it, paid activation charges of 149. However I see the charges are levied in two months. I dont understand when package is for 30 days and I deactivated this service in 3 weeks why I should I be charged activation fee two times. This is harassment to customer. I tried explaining my grievances to your customer care but people there are novice and arrogant, they just keep talking rules and have nothing to do with customer concerns.
It is my ultimatum to Vodafone to waive off charges or I will do MNP. The network is poor, the service is poor and over and above cheating on bills…thats the experience I have for Vodafone. I seek support and understanding from Team Vodafone or else I shall have to follow other routes.
