hi
i am a vodafone customer and i have iissues regarding undue billing of 3000 for 2 months.
I have subscribed to a plan of 30gb internet at 250/month. I was not made aware that I am being billed for extra consumption of internet. when I visited the store, they told me that I shouldn’t be concerned about it as the app shows wrong information. Misguided by the operator I continued using the internet. After 2 months the store calls me to deposit Rs 3000 for extra usage. I have been requesting them to please consider the fact that I was given wrong information and was mislead by a customer care executive. but all my pleas fall deaf on their ears and all they want is bill payment.
The executives and not very helpful or supportive in any case and have been after my life, calling me incessantly from a week.
I request you to reduce the harassment meted out to me for being a VI customer.
