I have ordered Chicken fried rice and chilli chicken through IRCTC e-catering at Ratnagiri. I Couldn’t received the food we ordered through e-catering services of IRCTC order. Instead they are provided another combo of veg fried rice and manchurian. They have collected the money for undelivered item. The catering service wasted my valuable time as well as money. I need to get back the refund. Poor service of e-catering.
