So… Vodafone promise as a customer you can order a 2nd SIM online and it will be delivered within 24 hours. 4 days later, many phone calls later and multiple broken promises to deliver the sim and I am still without it.
The managers are all conveniently unavailable to deal with it leaving poor sales people who follow a script to deal with it. After 30+ I understand comments nothing gets done. If they understood it would have been delivered by now. Disgusting service!
