This is regarding the product which I have purchased online from Dell official website www.dell.com on  dated 29th June, 2021 having order number 841918442.I had been checking the detail status of the shipment on regular basis which was shipped through Blue dart carrier . It was notified to me through message on 6th July 2021 that the shipment is out for delivery. I was waiting for the product to be delivered on the mentioned address. However there no call or any kind of communication by the delivering agent. When I check the website for the status of the product, I found the product was delivered on 6th July 2021 at 7.16 PM. That gave me a surprise, how this could possible without any attempt of delivery or any kind of communication. I tried to contact the Dell care as well as Blue dart carrier. I could not connect as service was stopped after 6 PM. However I sent email to both the companies. In the morning i.e. 7th July 2021 after 9AM I tried to connect both the companies again which fortunately connected. As per their assurance of looking the matter at higher level. However, since then no proper action and response was received.

Now question arise in this scenario that,

  • If it was delivered which I have not actually received by me then where does the product go?
  • If it would have already been delivered to some other person, who is that person and which address it was delivered?
  • If the shipment was kept intentionally by the Blue dart carrier agent which could be another case of possible option. Then who would be responsible for the case. What necessary action should be taken?
  • If any kind of adulteration of shipment or mishandling/tempering of the product, then who will be responsible for this case.
  • As the product was purchased by the prepaid mode, what would be next step in this situation?

It is clear case of cheating and trying to make a fraudulent attempt. A proper action need to be taken against the culprit.
