Text of Complaint by Swarup Anand Dutta:

I would like to bring to your notice the fake and very poor service Amazon India is providing. I ordered a package on 27th of May via order number 40484561108813140. My package was to be delivered on 18th of June but till date I haven’t received my package. Whenever I contact their customer service through mail or through calls or chats they say to wait or to reorder it again or to wait for 48 hours or lame excuses like product got lost in transit.

The question here is will amazon India pay for the loss of my time and for making a customer wait for so so long? Even amazon india doesn’t care to simply send a message letting me know that the package wont be delivered and makes me waiting whole day to receive the package cancelling all my plans.

I need justice in this regard. Ordering again is not the solution. Amazon made me wait for more than a month and now they are asking me to order it again. Do they think their customers are mad or crazy? Does their company have something called ‘Customer Service’?

I hope this platform will provide me justice.
